How much does a wedding film cost?

Every couple gets a custom quote based on coverage hours, locations, and any add-ons. Send the inquiry with your date and venue and I'll reply within 24–48 hours with full collection pricing — most couples reach out 6–12 months out.

What makes REG Wedding Films different from other videographers?

It's a one-shooter studio. I shoot every wedding personally and edit every film in-house — no second shooter handed your day, no template I drop your footage into. Three years filming Alabama football before weddings taught me how to read a room and find the moment that matters most.

Where are you based, and do you travel for weddings?

Based in Muscle Shoals, AL. I serve Muscle Shoals, Florence, Sheffield, Tuscumbia, Killen, Athens, Decatur, Hartselle, Huntsville, Lawrenceburg TN, and Iuka MS, plus the surrounding region. Travel within 60 miles of Muscle Shoals is included. Destinations beyond that are welcome — travel is quoted up front, no surprises.

How far in advance should we book you?

Most couples book 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak spring and fall dates. I take a small number of weddings per year — when a date is gone, it's gone. Reach out as early as you can.

What does the base collection include?

Full-day coverage, professional wireless audio for vows and toasts, a cinematic highlight film, and 4–6 week delivery in a private streaming gallery. Drone is included where it adds something. Add-ons (longer feature film, raw ceremony cut, USB heirloom drive, second-day brunch) are à la carte.

How much is the deposit, and when is payment due?

A 20% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding. Payment plans are available through HoneyBook — most couples split the balance into monthly installments.

Can we create a custom collection?

Yes. The base + add-on structure exists so you can build a film that fits your day, not someone else's template. If you have something specific in mind, tell me on the inquiry — we'll build around it.

How do you capture audio during vows and speeches?

Wireless lavalier microphones on the officiant and groom, plus backup recorders at the ceremony and the head table. Vows and toasts come through clean, even outdoors in wind.

How long until we get our wedding film?

Most films deliver in 4–6 weeks. Peak season (spring + fall) can push toward the longer end. You'll get the final film in a private online gallery — stream it, download it, share it with anyone who wasn't there.

Will you work alongside our photographer?

Always. Photo and video have to share the same air, and a one-shooter video footprint is part of why I work this way. I make sure your photographer gets their shot first.

How would you describe your style?

Cinematic, emotional, timeless. Natural light, real moments, and a pace that feels like the day did — not a music-video edit, not a corporate recap.

How will our film be delivered?

Digitally, in a private online gallery with high-resolution downloads. Custom USB heirloom drives are available as an add-on for couples who want a physical copy.

How do we officially book you?

Send the inquiry, we'll talk dates and collections, and once you sign the contract and pay the 20% deposit, your date is locked. Then we schedule a planning call to walk through timeline and must-have moments.

Do you film destination weddings?

Yes. The Smokies, the Gulf Coast, anywhere in the Southeast and beyond — travel is quoted up front. Destination weddings get the same one-shooter, in-house-edit treatment as any local film.

Do you film elopements and engagement sessions?

Yes — both available as standalone films or paired with a full wedding collection. Elopement and engagement films are shorter, lower investment, and a great way to see how I work before the wedding day.
