I only film a limited number of weddings each year.
As a solo filmmaker, every wedding gets my full attention, which means dates genuinely do run out and peak Saturdays go first. Collection pricing increases each January. Booking now locks in current rates for your 2027 date.

How much does a wedding film cost?
Collections for 2027 start at $2,500 for 8 hours and a 5-minute wedding film in 4K. The 72-hour teaser, drone, full ceremony film and professional audio are included in every collection, and travel is included within 60 miles of Muscle Shoals. Extra hours are $150 each. A 20% retainer reserves your date, the balance is due 30 days before the wedding, and payment plans are available through HoneyBook.
What makes REG Wedding Films different from other videographers?
The person you book is the person who shows up. I film every wedding myself and edit every film myself, so the one shaping your film is the one who watched your day happen. Before weddings, I spent three years filming Alabama football at the University of Alabama, which is where I learned to catch a moment that only happens once. And because I keep my calendar small on purpose, your film gets real time in the edit.
What is always included?
Five things, in every collection: a 60-second teaser within 72 hours of the wedding, drone coverage where the rules and weather allow, a dedicated ceremony camera with the full ceremony film, professional audio on the vows, letters and speeches, and delivery in a private gallery with a 4K download, a phone version, and a share link for family.
What's the difference between the three collections?
Coverage, and how much of the day you take home. The Keepsake is 8 hours and a 5-minute wedding film in 4K. The Legacy is 10 hours, a 10-minute wedding film in 4K, and a 60-second trailer. The Heirloom adds the rehearsal dinner, a 15 to 20 minute short film with the speeches and vows uncut, and a documentary edit of everything filmed, in order.
Where are you based, and do you travel for weddings?
I'm based in Muscle Shoals, AL, and travel within 60 miles is always included. That covers Muscle Shoals, Florence, Sheffield, Tuscumbia, Killen, Athens, Decatur, Hartselle, Cullman, Lawrenceburg TN and Iuka MS. Huntsville, Birmingham, Tuscaloosa, Nashville, Franklin, Memphis and Chattanooga are all normal drives from the Shoals. Past that, travel is quoted up front as one simple line on your collection: the real cost of the drive or flight, plus a room the night before when the day starts early. No mileage math, no surprises after you sign.
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book six to twelve months out, and peak Saturdays in April through June and September through November go first. I take a limited number of weddings a year on purpose, so a claimed date is claimed. If your date is closer than that, ask anyway. Off-peak dates stay open longer than couples expect.
Can we build a custom collection?
Yes. Start from the collection closest to your day and tell me what's different. Extra hours, a second location, a welcome party the night before, a shorter day for a small wedding. I'll send one number that covers it.
How do you record the vows and toasts?
Wireless microphones on the officiant and one of you, plus a backup recorder at the ceremony and the head table. Wind outside and echo in a sanctuary are both handled, so you'll hear every word years from now.
How long until we get our film?
Your teaser arrives within 72 hours. The full film is delivered within five weeks, in a private gallery you can stream on any TV, download in 4K, and share with anyone who wasn't there. If I ever miss a promised delivery date, you get $250 back.
Will you work alongside our photographer?
Always. Photo and video share the same air, and I keep my footprint light so we're never fighting for the same frame. Your photographer gets their shot first.
Do you film elopements and engagement sessions?
Yes. Both are available as standalone films or paired with a wedding collection. Elopement and engagement films are shorter and a smaller investment, and they're a good way to see how I work before the wedding day. Tell me about the day and I'll build a collection around it.
Do you film destination weddings?
Yes. I take weddings across Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia, Florida and South Carolina, and farther on request. The film doesn't change with distance: the same person shoots it and edits it. Inside 60 miles of Muscle Shoals travel is included, and past that I quote exactly what travel adds before you commit to anything.
How do we book?
Send the inquiry. We'll talk dates and collections, you sign the contract and pay the 20% retainer, and your date is locked. Then we schedule a planning call to walk through the timeline and the moments that matter most.
