REG Wedding Films (“we,” “us,” or “I”) is a one-person wedding film studio owned and operated by Rowe Gallagher. This page explains what information is collected when you visit the site, fill out the inquiry form, or hire us for a wedding.

What we collect

• Inquiry information. When you submit the inquiry form, we receive what you choose to share: names, email, phone, wedding date, venue, budget range, and any details about your day. The form is processed by HoneyBook, our CRM and contracting platform.
• Site analytics. Anonymous usage data (page visits, referrer, device type) is collected through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. No personally identifying information is stored in analytics.
• Embedded video. Films are hosted on Vimeo and YouTube. When you watch one, the player may set cookies and collect basic playback data under that platform's policy.

How we use it

Inquiry information is used to respond to you, send a quote, and, if you book, fulfill your wedding film contract. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing. Vendors involved in your wedding (your photographer, planner, and so on) are only contacted when relevant to producing your film.

The destination wedding planner

If you use the free planner at /plan, we store your first names, email, quiz answers, the plan you build and your planner chat messages so you can come back to it. Plans are created with AI: your answers and messages are processed by Anthropic (the maker of Claude) to draft and edit your plan, and the planner may run web searches about your destination. Your email is added to our mailing list in Kit, which sends your private plan link and occasional planning emails; every email has an unsubscribe link. Plans are kept for up to 18 months and you can delete yours anytime from the plan's settings.

Wedding film usage

Unless you opt out in your contract, finished films may be shown on this site, on social media, and in client-facing portfolio pieces. If you'd prefer your film stay private, that's an option in your contract. Just say the word.

Your rights

You can request a copy of any data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email rowe@regbranding.com and we'll handle it within a reasonable time.

Cookies

This site uses minimal cookies, primarily for analytics and embedded video players. Most browsers let you block or clear cookies; doing so won't affect your ability to use the site or submit the inquiry form.
