These terms govern use of the REG Wedding Films website. They are not the wedding film contract — wedding services are governed by a separate signed agreement between REG Wedding Films and the booking couple, executed through HoneyBook.

Use of the site

You may browse this site, watch the films, and submit an inquiry. You may not scrape, mirror, or republish content without written permission. All wedding films, photographs, and written copy are owned by REG Wedding Films and protected by copyright.

Wedding films

Wedding films published on this site are shared with the consent of the couples featured. If you see a film of yourself and would like it removed, email us and we'll take it down.

Inquiries and quotes

Submitting the inquiry form does not create a contract or reserve a date. Dates are reserved only after a signed contract and the 20% non-refundable deposit are received. Pricing shown on the site is a starting point and is subject to change; your quote is binding once issued.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it up, accurate, and secure, but we don't warrant uninterrupted availability or that the site is free of bugs or errors.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any dispute arising out of use of this site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colbert County, Alabama.
